Free complementary account

A calendar domain may not be used by more than one (1) Book a Room user account. If You feel this contradicts or violates Your rights as a user, send an email to sales@bookaroom.se with a request for an exception against this rule. Any violation of this rule will be notified to the Book a Room staff as well as the user in question. If no action is taken then the concerned domain and accounts may get blocked.

You will be added to the Book a Room Newsletter with announcements, tips & tricks and updates. We treat your contact details with greatest respect and will not under any circumstances forward or sell these to any 3rd party. You can unsubscribe to the mailing list at any time.

Privacy

The account details are encrypted in the account database. The Book a Room staff can become a user if needed for support. By becoming a user, the Book a Room staff can mirror a users setup in the lab for debugging reasons. The Book a Room staff will never become a user unless permission is granted from the concerned user.
